WORKFLOW
We perform calculation, design and redesign of structures with the most innovative technology, avoiding errors in manufacturing and assembly. This process increases efficiency and reduces production times. A proven ability to react to changes in the course of the project, results in the satisfaction of all our customers.
SOFTWARE
The realization of plans in 3D using Tekla software, provides the best possible efficiency to the flow of structural design and production planning. Software used to develop our structural calculations: Tricalc, T-Connect, Powerframe and Powerconnect.
DESGIN
Through the use of the 3D modelling software “TEKLA STRUCTURES”, specific to structures, we ensure a complete and optimal manufacturing process, avoiding errors in the detailing. In addition, the information is transferred automatically to the SIDDEX ERP management system, saving time, materials and resources.
TEMPLATE LAYOUT
Once we have the necessary base material for a project, we transform them into the parts needed with our latest generation machinery. These pieces are assembled later in the template process.
WELDING
Starting from client specifications, and depending on the characteristics of the base materials, the project proceeds to welding of each assembly fulfilling the requirements, homologations and regulations necessary for the assurance of the quality of the product.
INSPECTION
From the start to the finish of the project, all processes are supervised through quality tests and internal controls, and external if the client requires this, in order to achieve the highest quality in the final product.
