Manufacture and Assembly of Structures

Our main activity is the manufacture of all types of metal structures. In addition, we also assemble the fabricated structures depending on the client’s needs. We have highly qualified personnel specialized in the development of such structures and we operate under the highest quality certifications for the manufacture of metal structures (EXC4 EN-1090-1: 2009 + A1: 2011 and Quality Management System certified according to UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2015).

In our facilities we have a Shot Blasting Centre, high resolution CNC Plasma Cutting Machines, CNC Profile Drilling Centres, CNC Machining Centre, 700/1300 Cutting Centre, Folding Machine, Shear-Guillotine, Pulsed Arc Welding Equipment, Bending Machines, Punching Machines, etc.

Our production capacity is between 200 and 500 tons per month, depending on the type of project (light, heavy structure, boilermaking, etc.)

Technical Department

With the aim of ensuring the quality of our projects in all phases of the production process, our technical team of professionals is responsible for redesigning plans with the most innovative technology available, in order to guarantee efficiency of manufacture and assembly of our metallic structures.

In the case where the client does not have documentation, we carry out design and calculation of plans based on the premises and specifications of the current situation.

We use specialized design and modeling programs for metal structures (Tekla Structures). Thanks to the BIM management system (Building Information Modeling) we are able to produce and store all necessary information derived from the manufacturing process, and subsequent assembly of the structures, in a 3D digital model. With this tool we can detect any possible errors in the early stages, which translates into a reduction of costs and improvement in quality.

We define the basic structure calculation enabling us to undertake manufacturing and assembly through 3D modeling.

We have specialised software to calculate joints where we can assess both the joints designed by us in the detailed engineering department and the unions proposed by our customers.
